Geraldine Dobey is back at Mandarin Oriental as General Manager of the group’s luxury hotel in Paris, France.
Geraldine will also oversee the operations of Mandarin Oriental, Geneva and Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, where she previously worked on the management team.
Originally from Ireland, Geraldine began her hospitality career in 1991 and held several operational positions before becoming Hotel Manager at the Hilton London Mews in 1999.
From there, Geraldine worked as Hotel Manager at the Hilton London Hyde Park and Director of Operations at Langham Hilton.
In 2003, the Hilton Group appointed her Managing Director of the Hilton Paris, which she headed for five years before taking over the management of the Hilton Arc de Triomphe and then of the Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris.
In December 2019, Geraldine won the CEO of the Year award at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards.

Geraldine holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and restaurant management from the Galway Institute of Technology.
